En el presente documento se analiza la resolución de la Suprema Corte de la Nación en torno a un amparo que trataba acerca de la determinación de si era o no procendente el juicio de amparo que cuestionaba la validez material de un decreto de reformas de la Constitución Política, es decir, que exploraba las condiciones normativas de la procedencia tanto a nivel constitucional como legal para establecer el marco legar aplicable a casos similares. El autor abunda en dicha resolución, que se declaró procedente pero infundado el recurso de revisión confirmando el acuerdo recurrido por el Juez de Distrito, a lo que el autor disiente, argumentando que la causal empleada para desechar la demanda de amparo no constituye un motivo manifiesto e indudable de improcedencia. El texto está segmentado en tres apartados: primero trata los antecedentes del asunto, despues señala los argumentos
centrales del fallo y, finalmente, explica las razones por las que considera procedente
la demanda de amparo.


Abstract:This document analyzes the ruling of the Nation’s Supreme Court surrounding an amparo on whether or not the amparo application that questioned the material validity of a decree of reforms of the Political Constitution was admissible, that is, it explored the normative conditions of the legal basis both on a constitutional and legal level in order to establish the legal framework applicable in similar
cases. The author explores such ruling that was declared admissible, but the revision appeal unfounded, confirming the decision of the District Judge, of which the author disagrees, arguing that the causal employed to dismiss the amparo application does not constitute a clear and undoubted reason of inadmissibility. The document is divided into three parts: first it deals with the background of the issue, then the author identifies the central arguments of the judgment, and finally, he explains the reasons why he believes the amparo application is admissible.
