Abstract:It is commented in this work the text written by Dworkin, “Law’s Empire”, specially chapter 7, which refers to the “integrity of law” and chapter 11, called “Law beyond law”, content which is based on different difficult cases that happened in the United States of America and England resolved under an integrity in law vision.
