Se presenta una serie de notas del sistema electoral en Brasil, analizando los
dos tipos de sistemas existentes: el sistema mayoritario y el de representación
proporcional conforme a la legislación brasileña. Se exponen los diferentes
puntos de vista de varios connotados doctrinistas, la evolución del sistema
con un análisis profundo sobre las ventajas y desventajas actuales.


Abstract:There is presented a series of notes of the electoral system in Brazil, analyzing
the two types of systems that exist: the majority system and the proportional representation
under the Brazilian law. It exposes the several points of views of
notorious doctrines, the evolution of the system with an analysis on the current
advantages and disadvantages.
