El presente trabajo tiene por objeto el estudio de los aspectos relativos a la modernización del sistema aeroportuario contemplados en el Real Decreto-Ley 13/2010, de 3 de diciembre, de actuaciones en el ámbito fiscal, laboral y liberalizadoras para fomentar la inversión y la creación de empleo.

Abstract: The present study focuses on certain aspects as regards the modernization of the Spanish airport system provided for by the Royal Decree-Law 13/2010, of 3 December 2010, on tax, labour and deregulation measures to promote investment and the creation of employment.
