Se hace un estudio del alcance de la jurisdicción de los tribunales electorales de las entidades federativas, donde se profundiza respecto de los medios de control constitucional local y las limitantes a que se enfrentan al aplicar una ley.


Abstract:There is a study made towards the reach of the jurisdiction of the electoral court in the federative entities, where it extends in the study of the local constitutional control and the limits that they confront as they apply the law.
