The political culture, as a longue durée phenomenon, could be considered only along the years or the decades. But one can assume a year as hypothesis of a turning point. So I will take the 2017 as such turning point in Italy. Moreover, because in a political system exist not one, but some political cultures, I’ll show six kind of these. The first, better the two first are disappeared: I mean the «Red» and the «White» territorial subcultures, which were, right or wrong, the piers of the First Republic. The second, on the contrary, is surviving and diffuse not only in the South, but it may identified in the whole Italian system: I mean the clientelism. The other four are right-wing or extreme right-wing cultures. On the right, or on the centre-right, is placed after thirty years the berlusconismo, which has renewed ancient features of the Italians and therefore it is still present. The people of the Lega have slid to the right, following the choice of the leader for racism and intolerance. In the same 2017 the M5S has inclined to the right, proposing issues as the criticism of the representative institutions or the refusal to receive immigrants to which his followers agree. Finally we have the declared fascists, growing in numerous organisations, but also present in Parliament. They form a veritable political culture in the year 2017. We have here some hypotheses to be verified in the future. The international constellation seems, nevertheless, to favour the concrete perspective.
