EL PRESENTE TRABAJO ANALIZA LA EVOLUCIÓN DE LOS CAMBIOS ELECTORALES,
INICIANDO CON LA DEFINICIÓN, REGULACIÓN Y PARTICIPACIÓN DE LOS PARTIDOS POLÍTICOS, PARA DESPUÉS REALIZAR UNA EVALUACIÓN DE LA REFORMA ELECTORAL 2007, Y PROPORCIONAR UNAS REFLEXIONES DE TEMAS PENDIENTES.


Abstract:In Mexico the evolution of the political system has been the turn out of many years of changes in search of consolidation to democracy. The present paper analyzes the evolution of, the electoral changes, initiating with the definition, regulation and participation of the political parties, later to make an evaluation of electoral reform 2007, and to provide reflections of pending subjects.
