Se expone la facultad de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación para designar
comisionados a efecto de averiguar algún hecho que constituya una
violación grave a alguna de las garantías individuales consagradas en la Constitución
Federal, cancelándose la facultad de investigación de violaciones al
voto público, al considerarse que esa facultad corresponde exclusivamente a
un órgano especializado.


Abstract:It exposes the faculty of the Supreme Court of Justice to designate a commission
to investigate a fact that can constitute a violation of the individual guaranties,
consecrated in the Federal Constitution, cancelling the investigative faculty in the
public vote violations, as it is considered that this faculty corresponds exclusively
to an specialized organ.
