La autora presenta un panorama en donde los actores de una controversia tengan otra vía legalmente aceptada de obtener justicia de manera alternativa, expedita para la solución de sus diferencias, cambiando el paradigma de la justicia restaurativa, propiciando la despresurización de las altas cargas de trabajo de los órganos jurisdiccionales, para abordar el mismo estudio en la materia electoral, con la exposición de sus alcances y ventajas.


Abstratc:The author presents a view in which the protagonists of a controversy can have another legal path to obtain justice in an alternative way, expedite to solve their differences, changing the prototype of usual justice, initiating the practice to unload the work that the jurisdictional organs have, to aboard the study in the electoral matter, with the exposition of the ranges and advantages.
