A LA CONSIDERACIÓN DEL PLENO DE LA ASAMBLEA, UNA INICIATIVA DE REFORMA A LA CONSTITUCIÓN POLÍTICA DEL ESTADO DE JALISCO EN MATERIA ELECTORAL BASADA EN LA TRASCENDENCIA PARA EL ESTADO DE JALISCO, EL ESTUDIO Y COMPRENSIÓN TOTAL DE LAS IMPLICACIONES DE TAL REFORMA CONSTITUCIONAL, QUE VIENE A MODIFICAR
PLENAMENTE EL SISTEMA Y LA FUNCIÓN ELECTORAL EN NUESTRO PAÍS Y EN CONSECUENCIA EN NUESTRO ESTADO.


Abstract:The representatives that are members of the 58th Legislature of Jalisco’s State Congress, in use of the functions conferred to us by Fraction I, 28th Article of the Political Constitution of the State of Jalisco, submitted for the consideration of the Plenary Assembly a reform initiative to the Political Constitution of the State of Jalisco on the electoral subject based on the transparency for the State of Jalisco, the study and complete comprehension of the implication of such constitutional reform, which fully modifies the system and the electoral function in our country and consequently in our State.
