De cara a las elecciones de este 2010 donde 16 entidades federativas entran en proceso electoral y sólo 15 tendrán sus elecciones en este año, en tanto que el otro las tendrá el próximo año, pero sólo será para gobernador (Guerrero). En razón de esto, es que se realiza el presente trabajo con el fin de dar a conocer los Estados de la República que elegirán a sus candidatos en este año, y así, utilizando el método deductivo, para poder pasar de lo general a lo particular, es decir, para pasar a los Estados que entran en proceso electoral
de la circunscripción de la Sala Guadalajara del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación.


Abstract:Facing the 2010 elections, in which 16 states are getting into an electoral process and only 15 of them will have their elections in this year, and the other one will have them next year but only for the state’s Governor (Guerrero state). This is the reason of doing the present work, with the intention to make known the Republic state’s that will choose their candidates in this year, and by that, using the
deductive method, be able to pass from the general to the states in particular, in other words, pass to the states that are entering into an electoral process of the constituency of the Guadalajara Chamber of the Electoral Tribunal of the Federal Judiciary.
