Este artículo estudia la jurisprudencia más reciente del Tribunal Constitucional y
del Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos en relación con la responsabilidad del
Estado en materia de contaminación acústica.

Abstract: This paper analyses the recent case-law of the Spanish Constitutional Court (Tribunal
Constitucional) and of the European Court of Human Rights regarding the responsibility
of the State related to noise pollution.

Zusammenfassung: Die anwesende Arbeit analysiert die jüngste Gerichturteile von dem spanischen Verfassungsgerichtshof
(Tribunal Constitucional) und dem Europäischen Gerichtshofs für
Menschenrechte im Zusammenhang mit der Staatshaftung wegen des Lärmproblems.
