Se trata de analizar las prácticas sexuales entre hombres en los
urinarios de París entre 1945 y 1975, a partir de archivos inéditos y de
los análisis de Foucault sobre el panóptico que podemos transponer a
estas relaciones. Gracias a ellos, veremos que la subenmienda Mirguet
no fue el elemento más represivo, como afirmaron los movimientos
homófilos y gays. Por tanto, estos archivos no sólo nos muestran unos
modos de vida de una época determinada, sino que nos enseñan principalmente
a deshacernos de los juicios retrospectivos que elaboran las
categorías en las que hoy nos movemos.

Abstract: I analyze the sexual practices between men in Paris public toilets
between 1945 and 1975, using unexplored archives and Foucault’s panoptic
analysis that are transposable to these relations. Due to that, I
will argue that Mirguet’s sub-amendment was not the most repressive
element as declared by the homophile and gay movements. Therefore,
this archives show us not only lifestyles, but they specially demonstrate
that we must undo retrospective judgements that elaborate the categories
in which we move nowadays
