EL OBJETO DEL PRESENTE TRABAJO ES PROPORCIONAR UN PANORAMA SOBRE LOS ELEMENTOS BÁSICOS QUE CARACTERIZAN EL DERECHO ELECTORAL MEXICANO, CON ALGUNAS REFERENCIAS A LA NORMATIVA COMICIAL EN LAS ENTIDADES FEDERATIVAS DE NUESTRO PAÍS. AL EFECTO, EN EL PRESENTE ENSAYO SE HACE REFERENCIA EN UN PRIMER APARTADO, A LA NOCIÓN DE DERECHO ELECTORAL, PARA DESPUÉS TRATAR LO RELATIVO A SUS FUENTES, SUS MÉTODOS DE INTERPRETACIÓN Y, FINALMENTE, SU EVOLUCIÓN EN NUESTRO PAÍS.


Abstract:The purpose of this work is to give a panorama on the basic elements of the Mexican electoral law, with some references to the electoral norms in the states of our country. For this effect, it is referenced, in this essay, at first; the notion of electoral law, to later address what is related to its sources, its interpretation methods, and finally, its evolution in our country.
