En el presente ensayo, el autor expone el fundamento de la libertad de expresión a través del análisis de tres argumentos: el del descubrimiento de la verdad, el de la auto-realización y el de la participación democrática, para justificar su existencia en la democracia constitucional, aportando algunas consideraciones del objeto que protege dicha libertad, permitiendo distinguirla de otros bienes constitucionalmente tutelados.


Abstract:In this essay the author exposes the basis of the freedom of speech through the study of the argument of the founding of the truth, the auto-fulfill and of the democratic participation, in order to justify its existence in the constitutional democracy, making some considerations towards the object that protects such freedom,
and also the difference with other constitutionally protected rights.
