COMO RESULTADO DEL PROCESO DE LA TRANSICIÓN DEMOCRÁTICA MEXICANA RESULTA OBLIGADO COMPRENDER UNO SUS EJES MEDULARES QUE HA SIDO DISCUTIDO CONSTANTEMENTE, EL FINANCIAMIENTO DE LOS PARTIDOS POLÍTICOS. EL PRESENTE TRABAJO SIENTA SUS BASES SOBRE UN RECORRIDO POR LA EVOLUCIÓN FORMAL QUE HA TENIDO EL TEMA EN EL PAÍS HASTA LA ÚLTIMA GRAN REFORMA ELECTORAL DE 2007; PARA CENTRAR SU ENFOQUE EN LA ACTUAL ECUACIÓN DEL FINANCIAMIENTO PÚBLICO MEXICANO, MEDIANTE LA REVISIÓN Y APLICACIÓN DE TODAS LAS FÓRMULAS ELECTORALES PLASMADAS EN EL DERECHO POSITIVO PARA OTORGAR FINANCIAMIENTO A PARTIDOS, Y SU POSTERIOR ACUMULACIÓN DE RESULTADOS, OBTENIENDO HALLAZGOS CONTROVERTIDOS; CONCLUYE CON ALGUNAS CONSIDERACIONES Y SUGERENCIAS.


Abstract:As resulting from the process of democratic transition Mexican is forced to understand one its axes principal that has been discussed constantly, financing of the political parties. The present work feels its bases on a route by evolution formal that has had the subject in the last country until the great one electoral reform of 2007; it stops to center its approach in the present one equation of the Mexican public financing, by means of application of all the formulate electoral shaped in the positive right to grant financing to parties, and their later accumulation of results, obtaining findings controverters; finish with some considerations and suggestions.
