En la ciudad autónoma de Buenos Aires, dentro de su normatividad vigente se contempla el derecho de sufragio de los extranjeros, mismo que tiene ciertas limitantes y condiciones, el ensayo contiene un análisis desde los antecedentes de este derecho hasta la normatividad vigente, donde se pormenorizan los requisitos para los aspirantes al derecho de sufragio.


Abstract:In the autonomous city of Buenos Aires, inside its actual normatively there is a law that says that foreigners have the right to suffrage, with some limits and conditions, the essay contains an analysis that goes from the history to the law now a days, where it studies the requirements that whoever wants to use the right to
