CONSTITUCIONALES, LA ACCIÓN DE INCONSTITUCIONALIDAD, EL JUICIO DE AMPARO, EL JUICIO POLÍTICO, LA FACULTAD DE INVESTIGACIÓN DE LA SUPREMA CORTE, LOS JUICIOS DE REVISIÓN CONSTITUCIONAL ELECTORAL Y PARA LA PROTECCIÓN DE LOS DERECHOS POLÍTICOS-ELECTORALES DEL CIUDADANO; Y, EL PROCEDIMIENTO ANTE LOS ORGANISMOS PROTECTORES DE LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS.


Abstract:Constitutional control is the fundament for the democratic States to establish in a balanced way the mechanisms to resolve the controversies among the different power organisms; which include the faculties for the creation of the norm, from the legislative Branch, may be found within the constitutional guidelines.
Constitutional supremacy is the principle with which the control mechanisms have been set up, among which can be found constitutional controversies, unconstitutionality, injunction trial, political trial, the Supreme Court inquiry faculty, trials for constitutional electoral revision and for the protection of the political and electoral rights of the citizen; and, the proceeding to human rights advocate organisms.
