En una primera parte, se analizan los conceptos y características clave del colectivo de Nuevas Empresas de Base
Tecnológica (NEBTs). A continuación se exponen los resultados del análisis de los activos intangibles de un
colectivo de veinticinco NEBTs pertenecientes al Parque Científico de Madrid y Parque Científico de Leganés, de
los sectores de la Ingeniería, Ambiental, Biotecnología, Agroalimentación y TICs.

Abstract: In the first part, the key concepts and characteristics will be analyzed of the group of the New Technology Based
Firms (NTBF’s). As follows, the analysis results will be exposed of the intangible actives of a group of 25 companies
which belong to the Sciences park of Madrid and Leganes, of the sectors of engineering, environment, biotechnology,
agroalimentation and ICT’s.
