La reforma del Estatuto de Cataluña ha provocado un proceso generalizado de
reformas absolutamente injustificado e innecesario y, lo que es peor, ha puesto en
cuestión el propio modelo de Estado. Es muy probable por ello que, cualquiera que
sea el resultado de los recursos de inconstitucionalidad promovidos contra él, el
proceso abierto termine conduciendo a una reforma constitucional.

Abstract: The reform of the Statute of Autonomy of Catalonia has provoked a general process
of reforms in the whole country absolutely unjustified and unnecessary and,
what is worse, has questioned the own structure of the State. The Catalan Statute
has been appealed to the Constitutional Court, but in any case it is high probable
this process finally leads to a constitutional reform.

Zusammenfassung: Die Reform der Autonomieverfassung Kataloniens hat einen allgemeinen Prozess
von Reformen eingeleitet, welche als absolut ungerechtfertigt und unnötig anzusehen
sind; mehr noch, selbst das Staatsmodell wurde in Frage gestellt. Es ist daher
sehr wahrscheinlich, dass, gleich, ob den Verfassungsbeschwerden stattgegeben
wird oder nicht, der begonnene Prozess in eine Verfassungsreform münden wird.
