El tema que se aborda tiene relación con la propuesta de reformas constitucionales
planteadas por la LXI Legislatura del Congreso de la Unión respecto
de la eliminación de autoridades administrativas y jurisdiccionales estatales
en materia electoral. Con este estudio se pretenden plasmar las desventajas
de dejarle esta tarea tan importante tanto al Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial
de la Federación como al Instituto Federal Electoral, abordando entre
otros puntos el económico.


Abstract:The issue addressed relates to the constitutional reform, proposed by the LXI
Legislature of the Congress regarding the disposal of state administrative and
judicial authorities in electoral matters. This study is intended to capture the disadvantages
of leaving this important task both to the Electoral Tribunal of the
Judiciary of the Federation and the Federal Electoral Institute, addressing among
other matters the economic one.
