This is the thirteenth edition of Tolley's Company Law Handbook. It is intented to be a first book of reference for accountants, solicitors, company secretaries and all those involved in company law. The book includes the provisions of the companies acts and all other rellevant company law provisions (excluding insolvency) up to and including 31 December 2005. Relevant case law and other important information, including the Listing Rules and Prospectus Rules, is also covered. The book follows the same format and style as Tolley's established tax annuals. Chapters are in alphabetical order for ease of reference to a particular subject and cross-reference, an index and a table os statutes provide futher ways of quickly finding the matter required.
